About The Role This position is for an experienced Senior M365 Consultant with a deep technical and functional background in Microsoft technologies, focusing on the latest versions of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, with some exposure to Azure and supporting technologies. Combining client facing consulting capabilities with hands-on solution delivery, our Consultants liaise with clients, agile software development teams and user experience designers to ensure our solutions are beautifully designed and effectively delivered. Your business insight and thought leadership will enable you to solve high profile, real-world business problems with outstanding results. Responsibilities What you'll do Facilitating in-person or remote requirement gathering workshops Work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor completing analysis and facilitating workshops to understand their problems and form recommendations Envisioning and Conceptual Solution design Detailed solution and technical design and implementation of business solutions based on Microsoft 365, with focus on SharePoint, the Power Platform and Teams Owning work-streams and projects within the team, and taking responsibility for their delivery Production of technical and user documentation, and operational hand-over Providing technical and end user training to both internal and external clients, and working both on and off-site with clients What You'll Bring To The Team Extensive experience on Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure and the broader Microsoft 365 platform Application design and delivery experience with the SharePoint platform Experienced delivering in-person and digitally delivered workshops Ability to mentor, train and manage junior team members Ability to manage stakeholders of varying degrees Proven ability to write high quality documentation Understanding of information architecture Ability to work from own initiative and within a team environment Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines Robust understanding of SharePoint Online and be able to talk at a conceptual level across the M365 suite About You Experience working on complex engagements Experience in Enterprise Content Management and Search Experience with complex SharePoint migrations (including scripting) Agile Delivery Passionate about SharePoint and Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Team player We value inclusivity and diversity at Engage Squared.
