Social Media Video Creator (Full-Time, $90K) Hybrid role — 2–3 days per week in our Sydney CBD office. Direct message the job poster from Gyoza Flights. Help us turn GYOZA into a content machine. We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving social video creator who genuinely understands the points + rewards ecosystem — someone who knows the thrill of signup bonuses, optimising credit card earn, hunting reward seats and showcasing aspirational travel. This is a hybrid role: you’ll need to work 2–3 days per week from our Sydney CBD office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. You must be able to commute to the office when required (filming, planning sessions, BTS content, meetings, etc.). Just as importantly: you will help document how we build products, make decisions, run experiments and grow the brand — because the process is just as valuable as the polished content. What you'll be doing Producing consistent, high-quality video at scale. Creating a structured content plan, posting cadence and repeatable templates. Remixing our massive library of travel and points content. Experimenting with formats, hooks, CTAs, trends, storytelling. Digging into analytics (reach, retention, engagement) to learn what works. Ensuring every platform always has fresh, relevant content. Documenting behind-the-scenes, including: How reward flights are found. How our products are built. Team discussions, ideas and iterations. Whiteboard sessions, prototypes, day-in-the-life content. The messy middle of building a startup. We don’t just want polished reels — we want the journey captured too. Content Platforms Facebook : Daily stories. Instagram : Reels, stories, carousels. TikTok : Points hacks, travel inspiration, trends, BTS content. YouTube Shorts : Repurposed + fresh short-form content. LinkedIn : More thoughtful/technical content (upgrades, fare classes, product build insights). Even when we’re not on planes, we need volume — filming in-office, remixing clips, documenting the build process, editing daily and publishing across platforms. What we're looking for You get the points game: signup bonuses, earn strategies, reward availability, aspirational redemptions. You’re excited to document the process, not just final outputs. Ability to produce high-volume video content across multiple platforms. Comfortable filming behind-the-scenes in a natural, unobtrusive style. Data-driven — willing to test and iterate. Self-starter with initiative. Travel or points content experience is a major advantage. Must be able to commute to the Sydney CBD office 2–3 days per week.
