Due to significant business growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced sales consultant to join our team and help families build their dream homes. About the Role The key focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. A typical day can involve: Proactively engage with prospective customers at our display homes, through website enquiries, walk-ins and other modes of enquiry generation. Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client. Qualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements. Progress customers through the sales and design process. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions. About You You are available weekends and are organised with your schedule. To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you demonstrate the following attributes: Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help clients build their dream homes. Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process. Proactive & Networker: You have a go-getter attitude and proactively seek out new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local community. Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Solutions Focused: Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome? Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records. Transport: You possess a current driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
