Posted 1 day ago The Company Our client is seeking a Safety coordinator. They are a Reputable National builder developer with projects across Sydney's Metropolitan area. They have a number of developments launching nationally, and are very busy throughout Sydney with Multiple live sites and upcoming projects. The Role As the Safety Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to embed a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. You'll be instrumental in maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and internal frameworks, while supporting operational excellence on-site. Lead and support safety activities across the construction site Implement internal safety systems and processes Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments Manage and maintain safety documentation Communicate safety matters effectively to staff, subcontractors, and management What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in Occupational Health & Safety within the construction sector Strong understanding of WHS legislation, regulations, and codes of practice Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent) Senior First Aid certification What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects while advancing your career in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
