General Manager at Volt Safety - Electrical Safety Specialists About the Role Volt Safety is growing fast, and we're looking for a Website & Digital Coordinator to join our energetic Marketing & Operations team. This role sits at the heart of our online presence — ensuring our product data, website content, and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and optimised across all platforms. If you love tidy CMS data, clean product pages, and the satisfaction of keeping everything running smoothly, this is your happy place. You'll support both day-to-day site management and wider digital marketing initiatives as we continue expanding our product range and national reach. What You'll Be Doing Managing daily website updates, product uploads, and content changes across our CMS and online channels Maintaining accurate product information, specifications, imagery, safety documents, and digital assets Ensure correct categorisation, metadata, and search‑friendly product pages Monitoring site accuracy — pricing, links, documentation, discontinued items, and product variants Assisting with digital optimisation projects: SEO improvements, UX enhancements, content structure updates Coordinating website and data updates with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations & Marketing) Supporting digital marketing tasks including EDM setup, landing pages, blog uploads, UTM tracking, and HubSpot management Reporting on website performance and product data integrity Assisting with digital asset creation and basic image preparation What We're Looking For While these skills are desirable a willingness to learn and develop into the required skillset is welcome. Previous experience or relevant education in website coordination, digital content management, marketing, or e‑commerce preferred Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WooCommerce, WordPress, Cin7 integration, or similar) Experience with inventory management systems (Cin7), or willingness to learn High attention to detail, especially in product data, naming conventions, and structured content Comfortable with metadata, basic HTML, and SEO principles Proficiency in the Google Suite Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar website performance tools Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams A willingness to grow with the company Proactive, organised, and reliable, with the ability to juggle competing priorities Optional but a bonus HubSpot experience (landing pages, lists, email templates, workflows) Knowledge or experience within creative applications such as Adobe Suite / Canva Exposure to safety, PPE, industrial, or trade‑based industries Understanding or experience in Google PPC / SEO If you believe you possess the skills and motivation to succeed in this role please apply via #J-18808-Ljbffr
