Website & Digital Coordinator

We’re currently seeking a Website Coordinator to join our high-performing Marketing team at our Kings Park head office. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our company websites, ensuring content accuracy, product information consistency, and an excellent user experience across all digital platforms. This is a technical, website-admin role focused on content accuracy, data integrity, and website functionality — ideal for someone with proven CMS experience and a meticulous eye for detail. This is a hybrid 1 day from home, 4 days based at our Kings Park office , with working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm . What You’ll Be Doing Managing daily website updates, product uploads, and content changes in the CMS Maintaining product information, imagery, and assets in the CMS and DAM system Reviewing website accuracy - including pricing, links, and product details Monitoring site performance and reporting on key metrics and analytics Actioning ad-hoc website maintenance and content requests from the Trade & Marketing Manager Coordinating updates with internal teams and external partners Creating and maintaining reports to track updates and performance What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a website coordinator or digital content management role Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. Sitefinity, WordPress, Shopify, or similar) High attention to detail and accuracy with product data and web content Comfortable with basic HTML, metadata, and SEO principles Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance reporting Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams A proactive, organised, and reliable approach to managing competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
