Position Overview We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer – Training, Reporting and Systems to join our dynamic Procurement team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of MAV Procurement's operations, managing supplier reporting systems, driving rebate collection processes, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance procurement outcomes across the sector. Key Responsibilities Administer MAV Procurement's supplier sales reporting system and ensure supplier compliance. Lead supplier engagement and communication around reporting and rebate collection. Collaborate with MAV Accounts to issue quarterly rebate invoices and contract fees. Develop and refine processes to improve reporting and reduce rebate leakage. Maintain and enhance databases for supplier sales, training, and eLearning. Manage relationships with internal vendors (e.g. VendorPanel, Propello, Simply Logical, CreditorWatch). Oversee MAV Procurement's training, eLearning, and analytics programs. Contribute to strategic projects that support procurement innovation and collaboration. What We Offer Full time, ongoing position. Salary package of between $95,200 and $106,400 per annum (inclusive of superannuation) pending on experience and capability of the successful candidate.
