The Position As a Physiotherapist at In-Balance you will be part of a team who have a shared purpose with a diverse skill set and interests. Amazing Facilities : In-Balance has two locations, one of which is based within a local gym fully equipped with strength and conditioning equipment as well as rehabilitation specific equipment including an overhead hoist system allowing you to maximise the therapy potential for your patients. Caseload : You will manage a caseload of neurological and disability clients including those under the NDIS in 1:1 sessions and group therapy including aquatic therapy. There is also the opportunity to mix it up with vestibular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Collaborative Care Approach : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Therapy Assistants, Hand Therapists and Mental Health Professionals, as well as other therapy disciplines within the community that In-Balance has established strong relationships with. What you need to bring Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy Full AHPRA registration (General registration) Working with Vulnerable People Check Drivers licence and current Police Check Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learn with a willingness to embrace feedback and shared challenges Ability to interact with people from all walks of life including collaborating with the team you work with and those who are involved in your patients’ care The team at In-Balance are passionate about supporting and empowering people to live healthy, fulfilled lives and the opportunity to collaborate with great people to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
