Junior In-Office Commercial Ceilings & Partitions Estimator Coda Plastering Concepts Pty Ltd – Athol Park SA Coda Plastering Concepts is a trusted and respected specialist in the South Australian construction industry, delivering premium ceiling, partition and wall systems for major commercial developments. Our growing portfolio includes high-value and landmark commercial projects across Adelaide and greater South Australia. We are now seeking a Junior Commercial Ceilings & Partitions Estimator to join our team in a full-time, office-based role at our Adelaide head office. About the Role This role is designed for someone eager to start and grow a career in construction estimating. You will receive full training and ongoing support , working side-by-side with our highly experienced Senior Estimator , learning the estimating and tendering process for large-scale commercial interior systems. To fast-track your development, you will also take part in site visits to observe installations, verify project conditions, and strengthen your practical understanding of ceiling and partition systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial ceiling and partition packages Read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications Assist with supplier and subcontractor pricing requests Identify materials, labour requirements, and estimated project timelines Support tender submissions to meet project deadlinesAssist with pre-construction handover to project delivery teams Conduct site visits as required to inspect project conditions, measure areas, and support estimating accuracy Skills & Attributes Strong interest in commercial construction and interior fit-out systems High attention to detail with a willingness to learn technical products and systems Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new platforms efficiently Good communication and organisational skills A current driver’s licence and willingness to attend site visits Experience reading construction drawings is beneficial, but not essential — training provided Software We use Estimate One as our primary estimating and tendering platform. Previous experience with Estimate One is a bonus, but not required — you will receive full training.
