Property Details Sunshine Suites Grand Cayman Island Resort offers boutique lodging with convenient location near Seven Mile Beach, Ritz Carlton, North Sound Golf Course, and local shops. Amenities include “Grab & Go” continental breakfast and free wireless internet. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, wall vinyl, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and minor carpentry work. Respond to all maintenance requests within 15 minutes and ensure timely and accurate completion. Make structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings; patch or replace plasterboard; paint walls, ceilings, and trim. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems. Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures. Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times. Other duties may be required as business needs demand. Work primarily overnight shifts (11 pm–7 am), also weekends, public holidays, and on‑call duties. Qualifications Previous experience in various types of hotel maintenance and renovations. Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and carpentry repairs. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multitask while being goal‑oriented. Able to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 pounds. Proven record of maintenance knowledge. Compensation CI$6.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages vary based on experience, certifications, and location.
