Join to apply for the Manager, Digital Content Design role at Aware Super As Manager, Digital Content Design, you will lead the creative direction and execution of digital content across multiple platforms and ensure all content is fit for digital channels and the digital user experience. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to design content strategies that align with business objectives and member needs. Some responsibilities include: Develop and maintain frameworks and guidelines for digital content across web, MemberOnline, and app. Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and promoting best practices. Write, review, and optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with brand standards. Lead content planning, workshops, and quality assurance processes with key stakeholders. Qualifications Demonstrated experience of content design principles and best practice across digital platforms Experience in writing digital content for digital assets including servicing (informative / educational) content Experience in a financial services environment especially understanding of superannuation context preferred Experience in interpreting and applying knowledge of superannuation practices and processes You know about agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work. You can work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs Strong interpersonal skills including a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across the most senior levels The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
