As Head of HR Business Partnering, you'll bring your expertise to guide our partner's HR Business Partner team toward new levels of clarity, alignment, and effectiveness. You'll contribute influential leadership and operational excellence to a dynamic, global environment. Your tasks includes: Managing a team of HR Business Partners across the region, actively supporting their growth and empowering them to deliver impactful, company-wide people programs. Shaping and aligning the HR Business Partner function across the organization, establishing clear global expectations and strategy that embodies empowerment, values, and goals. Evolving the People Operating Model to support our partner's expanding global footprint through enhanced alignment and collaboration. Fostering strong partnerships within the People team to drive a unified approach across areas like Rewards, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition. Representing key priorities and challenges from Business Leaders through HR Business Partners, creating effective feedback loops that align People priorities with business goals. Who you are: Extensive People & Culture experience, including HR leadership. Strong operational capability to transform strategic vision into practical action, with a clear understanding of its importance in achieving organizational goals. Proven change management experience leading teams through evolution while maintaining clarity and confidence. Ability to navigate diverse perspectives and create alignment across different business areas. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop experienced HR Business Partners. Deep understanding of HR programs including workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, talent management, and total rewards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
