Client Care / Admin Assist (part time, full time & casual applicants considered) The company: Medicolegal Express (MLE) is a boutique, rapidly growing clinician-led provider of high quality medico legal services to a large network of law firms and insurance companies. Job Description: Your role will be multifaceted, with your primary goal to provide outstanding service to our clients (predominantly via phone and email). This will involve liaising with medical specialists, law firms and insurance companies on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Responding diligently and professionally to telephone enquiries, to provide value to our clients. Liaising with stakeholders regarding timely document delivery. Skills & Experience Required You are a people person, great communicator with a background in administration. Experience in healthcare, legal, or customer service / sales industries is advantageous. Good computer skills with familiarity in running administrative tasks. Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve.
