Sand Blaster / Industrial Painter / Polyurea Applicator Polyurea WA Pty Ltd (PUWA) is seeking an experienced Sand Blaster, Industrial Painter, and Polyurea Applicator to join our team in Naval Base, Western Australia. This full-time role is a crucial part of our operations, responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Perform sand blasting to prepare surfaces for painting and polyurea application. Apply industrial coatings and polyurea materials to a variety of substrates. Polyurea application experience is preferred, however comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate. Ensure a high-quality finish by carefully preparing and painting surfaces. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all relevant safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects on time and specification. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sand Blaster, Industrial Painter, or Polyurea Applicator. Minimum 1-2 years of sand blasting experience is required. Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and polyurea spraying techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant industry certifications or qualifications. Must hold White Card, Confined Space, and Working at Heights certifications. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position. A valid driver’s licence.
