About Us At Allegiance Heart & Home Care we are a trusted NDIS and Aged Care provider supporting people to live independently and safely at home. About the Role We are seeking an experienced female Support Worker fluent in Dari or Farsi to join our care team for immediate start. You will be supporting a female client with daily living needs including personal care domestic assistance medication support and companionship. For reasons of privacy dignity and cultural preference a female support worker is required for this role as it involves providing personal care to a female client. Key Duties Personal care (showering grooming continence support) Domestic assistance (laundry cleaning light meal preparation) Medication reminders and daily wellbeing check‑ins Emotional and social support including walks and companionship Reporting changes in health or wellbeing to the Care Coordinator Advanced fluent English proficiency is required for accurate documentation and comprehensive reporting to the Care Coordinator.
