About Us At Allegiance Heart & Home Care, we are a trusted NDIS and Aged Care provider supporting people to live independently and safely at home. We take pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred support with empathy, reliability, and professionalism. About the Role We are seeking an experienced female Support Worker fluent in Dari or Farsi to join our care team for immediate start. You will be supporting a female client with daily living needs, including personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, and companionship. For reasons of privacy, dignity, and cultural preference, a female support worker is required for this role as it involves providing personal care to a female client. Key Duties: Personal care (showering, grooming, continence support) Domestic assistance (laundry, cleaning, light meal preparation) Medication reminders and daily wellbeing check-ins Emotional and social support, including walks and companionship Reporting changes in health or wellbeing to the Care Coordinator Advanced fluent English proficiency is required for accurate documentation and comprehensive reporting to the Care Coordinator. Schedule Monday-Friday (day shifts only) 3 hours per day Mon - Fri 9am - 12pm Yagoona area Requirements Must speak Dari or Farsi fluently Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening First Aid & CPR (current) Reliable, punctual, and caring Experience in Aged Care, Home Care, or NDIS preferred Australian work rights Minimum of 2 years experience in Aged Care, Home Care, or NDIS support services is required Intermediate level fluency in spoken and written Dari or Farsi is essential for effective client communication Why Join Allegiance?
