Activities Officer – Residential Aged Care (Toowoomba) Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time opportunity. Location: Toowoomba Residential Aged Care Facility. Remuneration: $36.32 Australian Hourly Rate plus salary packaging, superannuation, penalties & allowances, employee discounts. Responsibilities Develop, coordinate and lead activities for residents to support social, recreational and independence needs. Observe and record program effectiveness, monitor residents’ progress and adjust activities accordingly. Transport residents to outings in BlueCare vehicles when requested and approved. Attend to resident personal care needs as required. Encourage creativity and teamwork to support our shared values. Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability Support. NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain. Basic experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops). Confidence to satisfy the probity checks required by legislation or policies.
