Key Requirements Experience & Expertise 5+ years in a similar role within the food industry. Proven success in account management, sales growth, and customer acquisition. Experience in food preparation or formulation within manufacturing or related industries. Skills & Attributes Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills.
