At Mindarie Car hire we are a family run business with over 17 years’ experience in the car hire industry. We are Perth’s leading owner operator car rental business. We pride ourselves on the service we provide to all our customers. Due to business growth we are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities Greeting customer upon entry into the office Providing general administration support within the office Liaising with customers regarding vehicle maintenance & inspections Skills using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Filing & Archiving Updating our social media platforms Some driving may be required – collecting & dropping off customers as well as delivering and collecting vehicles Taking customer payments, using an eftpos machine. Experience preferred but not essential Appealing driving infringements & parking fines About You Previous administrative experience needed Valid driver’s licence required. Manual is preferred but not essential Attention to detail Willingness to learn Trustworthy Applicants with automotive knowledge are encouraged to apply This job is for full time hours (38 Hours).
