As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Shepparton VIC you’ll lead relationships with key players in the agricultural industry while also supporting large commercial clients. You’ll work with businesses requiring lending solutions from $3M to $50M helping them grow and thrive. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact backed by a dedicated Agribusiness and Commercial Banking team. What do I need Agribusiness Expertise: Deep understanding of the agricultural sector its cycles and its challenges. Commercial Acumen: Experience supporting large commercial clients with complex lending needs. Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong long‑term client partnerships. Credit Skills: Strong in cash‑flow lending, balance‑sheet analysis and deal structuring. Business Development: Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing customer portfolios. Network Strength: A well‑established network of industry and referral partners.
