Location Remote (East Coast, Australia) Eligibility Permanent Australian Residents only Remuneration Competitive base + performance incentives Start Date January About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a proven track record delivering end-to-end HubSpot projects across multiple Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data). In this role, you will not only translate complex business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, but also shape strategic client outcomes, guide junior team members, and ensure integrations and CPQ processes deliver tangible business value. You will thrive if you combine strong process and technical acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage projects independently, and bring industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or SaaS / Technology. This is a client-facing, project-driven role where your insights and leadership directly impact client success and internal growth initiatives. As a trusted adviser to your clients, you'll also have the opportunity to identify and capture expansion opportunities within your project portfolio, with commission incentives designed to reward your commercial awareness and client relationship strength. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and GTM strategies Gather, document, and manage complex business requirements, processes, and data models for scalable HubSpot solutions Map and optimise customer journeys and translate them into HubSpot functional designs and workflows Provide technical guidance on API and integration design, translating business needs into actionable documentation for development teams Lead or support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution design within HubSpot and integrated systems (preferred) Serve as a trusted adviser, sharing industry best practices and BAC intellectual property Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and team capability development Conduct client training and enablement sessions to maximise platform adoption and impact Stay current on HubSpot product updates and ecosystem innovations to deliver optimal client solutions Secondary Function: Account Growth & Expansion Identify organic expansion opportunities such as additional Hub adoptions, advanced features, integrations, and optimisation projects Flag and qualify expansion opportunities for internal collaboration with sales and delivery leadership Support scoping discussions and requirements gathering for expansion projects with existing clients Contribute to account health conversations, sharing insights on client maturity, adoption gaps, and strategic opportunities Participate in renewal conversations where your delivery expertise adds value to client retention This secondary function is designed to reward consultants who naturally think commercially and maintain strong client relationships. Performance in this area is incentivised but not a primary success metric. Skills & Experience Must-Have 4–6+ years' experience delivering HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Hubs Proven ability to run workshops, document requirements, and design processes, data models, and functional workflows Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and experience implementing this in HubSpot Strong technical knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into functional designs Experienced in project management, stakeholder engagement, and multi-project delivery Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a client-facing mindset Permanent residency in Australia and ability to work remotely (East Coast hours) Highly Desirable Expertise in CPQ solutions (HubSpot or third-party) Industry expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or SaaS / Technology HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs Experience with third-party integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N or similar) Mentoring or leadership experience within consulting or project delivery teams Awareness of commercial dynamics and ability to articulate business value in client conversations Experience identifying upsell or expansion opportunities within existing client relationships Remuneration Structure Competitive base salary reflective of your consulting expertise and experience Performance-based commission incentives for expansion opportunities you identify and help capture: Commission paid on qualified expansion projects generated from your client portfolio Soft targets designed to reward commercial awareness without detracting from delivery excellence Transparent attribution model with quarterly reviews No penalties for not achieving expansion targets – this is an upside opportunity only Detailed incentive structure to be discussed during the interview process The role is primarily compensated for consulting and delivery excellence. Commission incentives are designed as additional upside for those who naturally spot and pursue growth opportunities through strong client relationships.
