Design Coordinator Key Responsibilities Support project delivery across all stages, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives. Coordinate the design process to meet project goals and compliance requirements. Manage document control and organisation through Aconex. Ensure all DA conditions are met to achieve CC certification. Maintain accurate records of design progress, changes, and approvals. Attend client and consultant meetings and prepare detailed minutes. Contribute to the preparation of project reports and design documentation. Organise and facilitate Design Coordination meetings with consultants and contractors. Incorporate lessons learnt from previous experience and projects to engineer out common building problems. Assist project teams with DA, S455 Mod, CC and OCs. Carry out site inspections to review quality and engineering practices are being implemented. Resolve site RFIs raised by project teams. Requirements Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent. Solid local experience as a Design Coordinator, Site Engineer or Project Coordinator on commercial building projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
