Price & Availability / Customer Order Support - PA Team Member At Hello Hello Plants, we’re all about great plants and even better service We’re a busy, family‑run nursery looking for a talented and motivated person to join our PA Team (Price & Availability Department). If you’re great at problem‑solving, know your plants, and can think on your feet to find solutions — this role is made for you About the Role In this position, you’ll be the key link between our customers, nursery, and suppliers. Many of our online and retail orders require plant substitutions or sourcing from multiple nurseries — and that’s where you come in You’ll contact customers about their order status, offer suitable substitute plants when items are unavailable, and coordinate with suppliers to locate stock or equivalent alternatives. Key Responsibilities Review incoming orders and identify any unavailable or short‑supplied items Contact customers to offer substitute plants or solutions Source stock from suppliers or within our nursery network Communicate with nursery, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow Maintain accurate updates in the system regarding stock status and substitutions Provide basic plant advice to customers when needed Manage priorities and support the PA team with coordination and communication Skills & Experience Good plant knowledge — ability to identify common varieties and suitable substitutes Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Fast learner with excellent problem‑solving skills Confident using Google Docs, Sheets, and email systems Previous experience in customer service, nursery, or horticulture preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Supportive, friendly workplace Training and development in horticulture and customer service Variety in daily tasks, no two days are the same Flexible hours, full‑time or casual If you’re someone who loves plants, enjoys helping people, and can keep things running smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team Apply Now Or drop your application directly at our store: #J-18808-Ljbffr
