Apply for the Customer Banking Specialist - Richmond role at Commonwealth Bank . Part‑time role: 22 hours per week (availability required). Roster Monday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm What you’ll do Have in‑depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and application processing for credit products. Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify changes. Provide options through education and demonstration of in‑branch technology and digital banking. Problem‑solve and deliver effective solutions while championing processes, procedures and a risk‑averse culture. What we’re looking for Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial terms clearly. Strong questioning, solution‑finding, integrity, and a customer‑centred mindset. Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, commercial retail environment while maintaining a broad customer focus.
