We are genuinely committed to helping our customers achieve their dreams, and we’ve already invested more than $2bn in the hospitality industry globally.We are excited about our future and we’re really excited about yours About This Opportunity As our Customer Solutions Team Leader , you’ll lead, coach and inspire the Customer Retention Team to deliver exceptional business outcomes for our customers and SilverChef.You’ll take ownership of customer retention performance, ensuring your team delivers creative and effective “save” strategies across end-of-contract solutions, returns, payouts and upgrades. You’ll also handle complex customer needs, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and success.This position will be based at our Head Office in West End, Brisbane and is available for commencement in January 2026.
