As an Officer Campus Life you will: Support the Campus Life Coordinator Geelong with the residential volunteer program regarding selection training event planning and communication. Support the Campus Life Coordinator Geelong with the planning and conduct of academic social personal and community development programs that are inclusive and responsive to the needs and interests of the diverse population and promote a positive culture of mutual respect and learning. Under the guidance of the Campus Life Coordinator respond to resident welfare and personal support issues including identification and referral to other University Services. Coach guide and support team members as needed to deliver against individual team and University goals and recognise the importance of teamwork and of effective communication amongst team members and build rapport within immediate team in ways that are respectful and inclusive of others. Role model professional and ethical behaviours. Consult with available sources to gather relevant information and seek the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate. To be successful you'll have: Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or Completion of a Post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant experience as a technician; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training How to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.
