Promote independence and well‑being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life. Work as part of a team; collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all. Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety. Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment. Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care. About You: You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation and integrity—and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others. You will bring: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
