We seek a CEO with experience in a Finance & Accounting function to professionalise operations, drive digital transformation, and lead our ambitious expansion, primarily through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), to become a large, industry-leading organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role for an executive with deep experience in wholesale/manufacturing and a demonstrated ability to transform organisations, execute on demanding growth mandates, and navigate the unique dynamics of a family‑owned enterprise. What You'll be Doing This role is centered on transformation and growth: Strategic Leadership & Growth: Own and execute the business strategy to achieve ambitious expansion targets, including growing sales for our international manufacturing facility and pursuing new market opportunities. M&A & Finance: Lead mergers and acquisitions as the primary growth mechanism, and co‑develop the financial strategy with the owners. Operational Excellence: Champion continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics, set and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure robust governance and industry compliance. Culture & People: Foster an inclusive, positive, and high‑performance culture. Oversee leadership talent development, recruitment, and professional growth across the organisation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the company's primary spokesperson, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and the Board. Innovation: Lead the adoption of new technologies and integrate sustainability into core business practices. What You'll Bring We are looking for an experienced executive with a background in Finance & Accounting, and a proven record of enacting initiatives to lead transformation in a commercial setting. Proven Executive Experience: Significant executive‑level experience (CEO, CFO, or COO) gained within the wholesaling or manufacturing sectors, paired with a strong commercial mindset. Transformation Leadership: A demonstrable track record of successfully leading significant organisational, cultural, and process transformation. SME/Family Business Experience: Experience navigating the unique complexities and dynamics of smaller‑scale operations. Drive & Accountability: Highly accountable, efficient, and possessing the energy and focus required to execute an aggressive growth and M&A mandate. Leadership & Communication: An excellent communicator, strategic thinker, creative problem‑solver, and proven relationship builder committed to innovation and sustainability.
