About the Role SWELL Fitness is a boutique Strength, Conditioning & Movement Gym located in Redhead, NSW, 2290. This remote sales role combines strong sales skills with a passion for health and fitness – no on‑site gym work required. Our goal is to impact 500 people by 2028, creating a welcoming, ego‑free space where clients can build physical and mental strength beyond the gym walls. Responsibilities Base weekly rate of $300 plus commission once sales quota is achieved. Available to call leads within 5 minutes during 8–10 am, 12–1 pm, and 5–7 pm Mon‑Fri. Respond to incoming leads, guide prospects through the sales script, collect client information, create profiles, and send welcome packs/inductions. Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure clients reach their desired outcomes. Maintain and update call logs, follow‑up on missed leads, and refresh previous prospects. Benefit from flexible work hours and locations after proving performance. Receive all training, including weekly coaching, mentoring and paid professional development. Gym membership if you live locally. Qualifications 2+ years high‑volume sales experience, consistently hitting KPIs and using scripts. Comfortable on the phone, able to handle objections and close sales. Passion for health and belief in its life‑changing impact. Experience with gym or studio sales is a bonus.
