You will be responsible for : Driving Branch performance and profitability Leading strategic business development initiatives Achieving regional budgets and financial targets Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training Building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety and also HR Standards Championing Muirs values and behaviours in everything you do Key Selection Criteria Leadership Excellence : Proven ability to lead and inspire multi‑site teams, with a strong focus on performance Commercial Acumen : Experience in managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial targets across multiple business units Sales & Business Development : A track record of growing sales and expanding market reach, including managing key customer relationships Operational Oversight : Strong skills in forecasting, stock management, and regional reporting People Management : Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals Accountability & Results Delivery : Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, uphold standards, honour commitments and drive consistent execution across the branch network. Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Management, Sales or related sector) plus a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a multi‑site or regional capacity. Extensive multi‑site management experience is required to effectively oversee operations across multiple branch locations. Solid skills in leadership and people management.
