We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Data Support Specialist to join our growing operations and analytics team based in Melbourne CBD . This role is ideal for individuals who value precision, structure, and consistency in managing information and supporting organisational performance. As a Data Support Specialist, you will assist in maintaining data integrity, preparing analytical reports, and improving workflow systems that drive efficient operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that ensures accuracy across HR, administration, and project data functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company data within secure internal systems Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with reporting standards Support management with data summaries, spreadsheets, and audit insights Identify opportunities to enhance process accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with HR and operations teams for workflow documentation Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools Excellent attention to detail and time management Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a structured environment Prior experience in data or administrative support is an advantage Work Arrangement & Benefits All new specialists will complete a one-week online training program , providing a full introduction to internal systems and reporting workflows. After training, the position will transition to on-site collaboration at Rialto Towers, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD , under a flexible hybrid arrangement. Work Hours: 20–30 hours per week (Hybrid) Pay Range: AUD $45–$55 per hour (based on skills and performance) Eligibility: Open to candidates currently residing in Australia with valid working rights.
