Outbound Sales Development Representative - Australia/ New Zealand Apply to join Remote’s fully remote team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. What You Bring Proven business development success and experience using core sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus). Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company. Exceptional communication skills and a positive phone presence. Strategic and tactical thinking with a strong sense of urgency. Fluent English communication. Self‑starter who brings new ideas to the team. Experience in recruiting and developing prospects, leading to hand‑off to sales. Key Responsibilities Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads. Sourcing new prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives. Communicate Remote’s value proposition and learn prospect needs. Provide support to Account Executives as needed. Educate and develop prospects leading to hand‑off. Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts. Cold call into prospects generated by outside sources. Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions. Practicals Report to: Manager, Outbound Sales Development. Team: Sales. Location: Australia/New Zealand. Start date: As soon as possible. Remote Compensation Philosophy On‑Target Earnings between $61,000 USD to $71,000 USD. Base salary is 70% of OTE.
