What we're looking for English/Writing/Literature as your key teaching area Prior or existing teaching experience in local/international schools Ideally minimum 3+ years of teaching experience Degree in Teaching/English/Literature/Creative Writing or equivalent Passion for working with and engaging young students Experience in classroom management Effective communication skills with students of all ages Comfortable with using online platforms such as Google Classrooms Hours Our classes typically run on weekdays after school from 3:30–4:00 PM onwards and weekend sessions starting from 9:00 AM and ending at around 7:00 PM, with each session being 3 hours. Holiday programs also available from early January after New Year’s break. Overall working hours on offer range from 3 to 33 hours a week depending on your availability and class schedule. Remuneration Based on experience, background and qualifications we offer above market starting rates with example below: Experienced School Teachers : Starting at $70 per hr plus bonus based on student count up to $30 per hr ($210–$300 per 3hr group class session) About us Are you passionate about teaching English? S2 is seeking experienced and passionate face‑to‑face school teachers and experienced tutors to teach intensive writing programs to small classes at Primary and Secondary levels. Our programs focus on teaching students writing skills and techniques, stimulating children's creativity and imagination to bring their writing to life. Our library of materials requires minimal prep work, so you spend all your valuable time teaching and giving feedback. We have well‑equipped spacious classrooms situated in a convenient location (5 min walk from Chatswood Station) with a 1:8 maximum teacher‑to‑student ratio, along with engaging and interactive programs we are here to ensure quality learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
