This casual role offers the unique opportunity to provide consistent, high-quality care to clients in the South-of-the-River region , from Fremantle to Gosnells, with a primary client in Hamilton Hill. Your Role: Making a Real Difference You will empower our clients by providing exceptional in-home care that promotes their dignity, independence, and happiness. Your day will be varied and fulfilling, and may include: Assisting with personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene). Supporting clients with daily living activities and mobility. Providing domestic assistance and light housekeeping. Preparing nutritious meals. Offering medication assistance (as per training and care plans). Providing transport to appointments and social outings. Delivering heartfelt companionship and social support. You will follow a personalised schedule, travelling to clients' homes to deliver one-on-one care that truly matters. About You: You are a compassionate and reliable individual who treats clients like family. You take pride in your work and are looking for a rewarding role where you can build meaningful connections. To be successful, you will need: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent . A minimum of 6 months' experience in aged care or community care . A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate . An unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle . Valid working rights in Australia. The ability to obtain a National Police Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check . Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously using a mobile app for schedules and care plans.
