Accounts Payable/Accounts Administration Officer As a well established organisation, my client is looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable/Accounts Administration Officer to join their team for a 3-6 months temporary (subject to extension). Their office is based in the Northern Beaches region. Onsite parking is provided alongside 2-3 days work from home flexibility once up and running with confidence. This is a core position responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate management of their accounts payable function. About the Opportunity / Responsibilities Reporting to a nurturing Finance Manager. Your primary activity will centre around all aspects of the Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets Preparing and processing payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Managing supplier relationships and handling queries Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable General accounts administration support and other ad hoc as required Ideal Profile This opportunity is for someone who has experience within accounts payable domain.
