BFT Camberwell has an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our team as our new Studio Manager. In this role, you’ll become the face of our business and an integral part of everything we do. You’ll be critical to the growth of our member base. You’ll play an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll ensure all members feel welcome and guide them through motivating and inspiring 50-minute workouts. As the Studio Manager, you will oversee our training team , ensuring that all trainers use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to teach safe and effective exercise at all times ... and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere In this role, you’ll be working closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio's member growth and profitability aspirations. This job will be half working on the floor, taking classes, and the other half will be administration. THE MUST-HAVES: Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams Previous training experience, preferably group training Demonstrated experience building and sustaining a client base Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training or higher WE’LL PROVIDE: Leading remuneration and incentive scheme (we’ll help you get to six figures) Ongoing development and mentoring to ensure your growth in the role A training and management team that will inspire you Discounted membership for friends and family ABOUT US: You’ll be joining a team that started with BFT 9 years ago.
