We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, motivate, and train front‑of‑house staff to deliver outstanding service. Manage staff rosters and labour costs in line with business needs. Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination of service. Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care. Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the restaurant. About You Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager (Italian restaurant experience highly regarded). Strong leadership and communication skills. A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and compliance. Availability to work evenings and weekends as required. RSA certification. Restaurant Manager certification for liquor license. At least 3 years of experience as restaurant manager.
