Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Delivery Lead to join the leadership team. In this critical role, you will oversee and optimise operational processes, ensure efficient delivery of services, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the program. Key Responsibilities Operational Optimisation Analyse and improve existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline and optimise workflows. Performance Monitoring Develop, implement, and track KPIs for operational effectiveness. Review performance data regularly and drive corrective actions where required. Strategic Planning Create and execute strategic plans that support business objectives. Ensure operational strategies align with broader organisational goals. About You – Skills & Experience Proven experience in a leadership role within Operations and Delivery, ideally in a complex or matrixed organisation. Strong analytical capability with hands‑on experience in process improvement and optimisation. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and familiar with project management and process tools.
