CT Applications Specialist Australia and New Zealand Join to apply for the CT Applications Specialist Australia and New Zealand role at GE HealthCare Job Description Summary The CT Applications Specialist is responsible for providing post‑sale CT installation, training and customer service activities and support, including on‑site clinical in‑servicing and go‑live support. The role also provides formal technical and clinical support during the sales process for the CT business. Responsibilities Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT. Provide application support to sales teams and assist in creation of selling tools. Demonstrate the full range of product features to customers, aligned to identified customer problems. Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application, and equipment use. Monitor customer installations within assigned territory to improve customer satisfaction. Manage clinical handover and complete installations check‑off with the customer. Plan follow‑up and additional installation training as needed. Optimize equipment utilization and maintain customer relationships through continuing education. Contribute to image library for demonstrations and customer presentations. Provide clinical, technical, and professional guidance to improve the customer experience. Produce post‑demo/training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Communicate with local applications specialists and account managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met. Qualifications Qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Radiation Science. Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms. Minimum 5 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience. Willingness to travel extensively within specified geographic region. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Characteristics Self‑motivated with initiative to identify opportunities for improvement. Readiness to learn and contribute to the business. Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to manage conflict. Strong presentation skills and customer satisfaction mindset.
