About the Role Working for John Holland, as part of the Cross Yarra Partnership (CYP) Asset Management Services team, the Integration Maintenance Manager provides a holistic view of integrated maintenance tasks on behalf of the Senior Maintenance Manager. The role ensures that the system as a whole is considered during the planning and execution of maintenance works, while also taking responsibility in the delivery of works that may impact a number of asset systems, particularly with regards to Mechanical, Vertical Transport and the BMS. Responsibilities Provide a holistic system approach to maintenance planning and execution Execute integrated maintenance tasks such as fire testing and others as delegated by the Senior Maintenance Manager Involvement in procurement activities in relation to the technical scoping of subcontractor works Supervise the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance. Liaise with the train operator (Metro Trains Melbourne) for execution of the works and reactive response. Ensure the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is populated accurately with appropriate asset data generated as part of the inspection and maintenance activities. Ensure contractors and all personnel conducting maintenance activities are suitably inducted, trained, and qualified. Develop strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders, and end users. Accountable for ensuring all maintenance activities are undertaken safely with a focus on Zero Harm. Act as Duty Manager when required as per shift rotation, representing the CYP Maintenance Business Minimise abatement risks by performance monitoring and reporting in line with Services Specification and contract KPIs. Maintain strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders, and end users. Ensure legislative obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Codes. Conduct onsite safety and risk related audits and inspections. Report findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Managing maintenance programs / disciplines including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimisation Overseeing site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards and compliance Preparing detailed reports on performance, compliance, and project outcomes To be successful in this key role we are looking for Qualifications Trade Qualification or relevant discipline experience Experience Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and participate in an on‑call roster. Proven experience in operational leadership, subcontractor management and budgeting In‑depth knowledge of maintenance practices and Building Management Systems Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills Proficiency in Project Management tools and Microsoft office suite Strong team & stakeholder management skills with the ability to identify, communicate and mitigate potential problems, risks and issues to the team and broader stakeholders Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal and delegation capabilities. Exposure to contractual, commercial, and legislative compliance requirements Sound knowledge of OHS&E regulations, Codes of Practice, AS3000:2000, and safe working practices. Experience within the rail industry or a similar safety‑critical environment. Demonstrate general knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of procurement and budgeting.
