Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA’s pristine Southwest region. The Role Our Customer Service Representatives play a key part of our success at Brownes Dairy. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring that we deliver the best possible service we can. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative activities and responding to customers’ needs and enquiries. Role Responsibilities Meet and Greet visitors Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring they are directed appropriately General Data Entry and Administrative duties Handle and process orders within Brownes for varied locations Listening to and responding appropriately to customer feedback including managing any feedback that needs to be referred internally Liaising with internal stakeholders in our warehouse for orders and arranging deliveries/invoicing Requirements: Experience in a Customer Service role managing switchboards Experience in listening and responding to customer’s feedback What do we offer: A great culture – we love being the best and we love what we do 5 Weeks annual leave Employee rewards program Various health and wellbeing discounts i.e. private health, hotels, gyms Employee Assistance Program Apply: To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
