Key Accountabilities Effectively lead the production, maintenance and dispatch teams in safe and sustainable operations. Planning, prioritising and scheduling operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and the environment. Selection Criteria Proven previous experience as a leader in a similar role. Knowledge of protective coatings industry. Proficient verbal and written communication skills required for internal and external dealings and negotiations. Proven leadership, supervisory and people skills supported by formal management/leadership training. Working knowledge of relevant Australian regulations and standards. Hold and maintain an unrestricted class ‘C’ licence. PLEASE NOTE : The successful applicant will be required to undertake a full pre‑employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
