About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Patient Consultant to join our growing national team. You’ll start remotely and transition to a hybrid role at our head office as you progress. This is a sales‑focused position managing warm inbound leads—no cold calling. You’ll speak with patients who have already expressed interest in dental implant solutions, guide them through their treatment journey, and help them take the first step toward a life‑changing transformation. High performers in this role have a clear career pathway into becoming team leaders or in‑clinic Treatment Coordinator positions across our expanding national network. What You’ll Do Respond to warm patient enquiries via phone, SMS, and email. Conduct structured consultations to understand patient needs and treatment goals. Build trust, overcome objections, and guide patients toward next steps using our consultative framework. Book consultations and secure deposits. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, rescheduling, and general patient support. What We’re Looking For Confident and articulate communicator with exceptional phone presence. Empathetic listener who genuinely cares about helping others. Organised, reliable, and self‑motivated—especially when working remotely. Sales‑minded with the ability to guide conversations and close with care. Experience in healthcare, call centres, or consultative sales is highly valued (but not essential).
