To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sterile Operator to join our Sterile Product Manufacturing Team. This is a hands‑on role where you will be required to be involved in all parts of sterile manufacturing, compounding, machine operation, filling and cleaning. Key responsibilities Receiving the dispensed raw materials/packing material and prepare them to ensure they are suitable for usage. Preparation of samples and documents for QC approval to proceed further with filling/bagging. Vial washing, autoclaving, and setting up other sterile equipment. Filling the vials according to SOP and product specifications. Monitoring the environment while filling for viable and non‑viable particles. Document fulfilment for QA approval. All cleaning activities as required to GMP standards. Skills and experience Experience as an operator or technician in the pharmaceutical industry with aseptic sterile manufacturing processes is essential. A technical aptitude with some machine setting and basic changeover experience. Experience with filling under sterile conditions. A good understanding of GMP principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOP’s. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work well in a team as well as take accountability for your own work. Previous experience working Vial washing, Autoclaving and preparation of components for specific sterilisations. A self‑starter with a high level of motivation to deliver high quality work.
