ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to drive the evolution of our People, Performance & Culture (PPC) technology landscape within a supportive and collaborative team environment. As the PPC Systems & Reporting Analyst, you’ll have a key opportunity to drive continuous improvement—managing our Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, helping shape HR technology enhancements, and leveraging AI to deliver smarter, faster insights. You’ll combine your growing technical expertise with curiosity to identify opportunities to optimize systems, enhance reporting and insights to support the People team and business make data informed decisions. This role offers the perfect blend of impact and innovation. Lead administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) including configurations, testing, security, and vendor management. Identify and drive HRIS and PPC technology enhancements aligned with the PPC strategic roadmap. Develop, maintain, and enhance cyclical and ad-hoc HR reporting and dashboards, analyse workforce data, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI driven solutions to enhance HR reporting and predictive analytics. Coordinate market benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and compliance analysis for awards in partnership with the People team. Coordinate PPC projects such as performance reviews, and compensation cycles. Support global and local audit activity to ensure data integrity and compliance. Other Duties Support change management initiatives by contributing to communication plans, stakeholder engagement and training activities that ensure successful adoption of new PPC systems and reporting tools. Education & Experience 2+ years as a Lead HRIS Administrator (SaaS). 1–2 years of Data / Reporting Analyst experience; knowledge of HR analytics methodologies (predictive modelling, trend analysis), familiarity with HR metrics. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel essential (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, transform data). Familiarity with AI-driven tools; Ability to use AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR analytics, generate predictive insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Degree in HR, IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Other Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) configuration, security, workflows, and integrations. Experience with visualisation software (Tableau, PowerBI) and/or SQL languages. ABOUT YOU Data Interpretation and Insight Generation - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for PPC and business leaders, skilled in spotting patterns and forecasting workforce trends. Proven ability to work autonomously technically while proactively engaging and collaborating on broader strategic outcomes. Interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively build relationships and influence decisions. Continuous Learning and adaptability – Stays updated with HR trends, analytics tools, and industry best practices and leverages to recommend automation or optimization opportunities. Accountable - high attention to detail whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, curious and passionate team player. Understanding of how AI can be applied in a HR data and analytics environment. Other Project coordination - Experience managing vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Change Enablement - Ability to support adoption of new systems and processes through training and communication.
