As a Subject Coordinator of Innovative Design, the successful candidate will: Provide strong people leadership and subject expertise in your discipline. Coordinate curriculum delivery, assessment design, and academic continuity across Years 7‑12. Mentor and support teaching staff within the department. Foster a student‑centred learning environment with high expectations. Collaborate with faculty and school leadership to drive teaching quality and innovation. Support pastoral care initiatives and cross‑curricular projects. Collaborate with the Innovation and Enterprise Learning Strategist on Ignite programmes across the school. About You Qualified, NESA registered teacher with WWCC. Demonstrated leadership in middle‑level roles such as Subject Coordinator, Head of Department, or similar. Proven expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and data‑driven teaching. Outstanding communication, mentorship, and team‑building skills.
