About the Role Manage a diverse caseload across all areas of commercial law Handle matters involving both dispute resolution and complex litigation Demonstrate strong knowledge in commercial, business, estate and litigation matters Draft high‑quality correspondence, consent orders, applications, affidavits and other court documents Negotiate effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients Appear in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences and Trials Opportunity to work across other areas of practice if desired About You Experience in commercial law, ideally within a private practice environment, with confidence managing your own files and clients Strong prioritisation and time‑management skills, enabling you to stay organised and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment Warm, friendly and professional manner with a strong client‑service focus Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to draft clearly and persuasively Solid capability with Microsoft Office 365 At Strategic, we offer: State‑of‑the‑art offices in the CBD Your own professional office space and laptop Your own under‑cover car park beside the office Staff social events Wellbeing programmes including occasional corporate massages for all staff Career promotion and pay‑rise opportunities We know teams with diverse ideas, experiences and perspectives are more creative and are critical to ensuring effective delivery and innovating to enable our future success.
