Junior Pharmacy Assistant & Beauty Advisor Junior Pharmacy Assistant- Chermside & Garden City - Part Time & Full Time About the role Priceline Pharmacy Chermside & Garden City are looking for Part Time & Full Time Junior Pharmacy Assistants. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our experienced team in delivering high-quality healthcare to the local community. This is a wonderful opportunity for a school leaver interested in starting their career in pharmacy. What you will be doing The main duties of the role will be working in the front section of our pharmacies providing excellent service and assisting customers with their health and beauty needs. You will be assisting the stock control team with stock replenishment general maintenance and tidying duties. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on a wide range of skin care and beauty products. What you'll be doing Assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their individual needs Demonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchases Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including new releases and promotions Ensuring the beauty and skincare sections are well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing Providing valuable feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends Delivering a high level of customer service and creating a positive shopping experience What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the beauty or retail industry Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in skin care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide personalised advice A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
