JBS Australia is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to take on the role of Head of Small Sales – Southern, overseeing lamb, mutton, and goat sales across domestic and international markets. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone with deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder relationships, and a passion for driving growth through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the smalls sales team across the Southern Division Develop and manage strategic relationships with major retailers Collaborate cross-functionally with livestock, operations, marketing, and product development teams Drive sales planning, execution, and performance aligned with business strategy Manage inventory and optimise revenue through product innovation and market alignment Expand market reach through customer acquisition and tailored product offerings Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights using data analytics and market trends Represent JBS in stakeholder engagements and industry forums What you will bring to the table: 10+ years’ experience in sales leadership, preferably in the meat or FMCG industry Proven track record in managing teams and delivering revenue growth Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Deep understanding of lamb, mutton, and goat markets Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
