Head of Sales & Commercial – Manufacturing (National Leadership Role) Drive growth. Lead a high-performing team. Shape the future of a leading manufacturing business. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales & Commercial to lead national sales strategy and deliver strong revenue growth for a well-established Australian manufacturing company.This is a hands‑on leadership role for a results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, B2B environment and knows how to inspire teams to perform. What you’ll do Develop and deliver national sales and commercial strategies to achieve growth targets Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales team of 6 (across VIC, NSW & QLD) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion Collaborate across operations, customer service and marketing to ensure success Some travel required (domestic and interstate) What we’re looking for Proven track record in senior sales leadership within manufacturing or similar Strong commercial and financial acumen - pricing, forecasting, and budgeting Strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership and mentoring skills Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities Data‑driven approach with a focus on performance and results What’s on offer Senior leadership role with autonomy and strategic influence Opportunity to shape national sales direction in a respected manufacturing organisation Collaborative and high‑performing culture with genuine career growth Application Questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
